In 2024, this is still one of the best programs ever, certainly THE best in its category, and it still does loads more than any of its less capable competitors. You can get it working in Windows 11 with a little effort and a decent sound card. If you've ever spent money on SFX ambience or binaural brainwaves, this will amaze you.
Hey man, it looks like it just works on Win11 naturally on some computers and not others. For example I got two laptops with Win11 pros. One works and the other doesn't. Go figure To trouble shoot I think we'll need expert on windows compatibility tho.
They may take your money, but don't count on customer support. I bought and installed AD, but I have emailed their CS for over 4 months and the best reply I've gotten is that my email had been deleted unread. I wasted my money. Don't you.
Bob Brodis, several years ago there was the good and helpful developer running the business, I bought the license, it was the same version 7.1, and i received several times help via email to solve certain problems, to fix errors in the included audio files and the like... if I remember correctly he was been very ill and it is likely that after some time he was no longer able to follow the site, business and keep the applications up to date. I too have not received any assistance or answers due to a compatibility problem (to record soundscapes directly from the application on an audio file, this problem occurred after Windows 7). Unfortunately in this situation whoever buys the program must appreciate it as it is, and it is an unknown factor since no assistance seems to be provided.
